Ohio City New Construction.

This new construction home in Ohio City’s historic district is set apart by its dark exterior hue, the use of high quality materials, vintage furniture and original art. The exterior is quite simplistic, utilizing only one color, two sizes of hardie board and black windows while the interior is high contrast. The green kitchen has a practical layout just across from the large dining area with built-in bench to make entertaining easy. The small dry bar straddles the kitchen and living room for ultimate convenience. Most noticeable to first time guests are the acacia herringbone floors that span the entire first floor. Natural stone is used both in the kitchen and bathrooms rather than a more durable man-made material. The markings from use are celebrated and add character to a home that truly bridges old and new.
